Order Changes

• Changes to an order are possible only if the order has not yet been printed. Please contact us as soon as possible to make any adjustments.

Delivery Times

• Orders that fill a full meter are processed immediately upon receipt of payment and are ready for shipping within 24-48 hours. The actual shipping time will vary based on your location.
• Orders less than one meter are processed weekly or as soon as a full sheet is filled, and are typically ready for shipping within 7 business days.

Return Policy

• All sales are final as each print job is custom made with your specific artwork. We do not offer returns or exchanges.
• If an error is made on our part, we will contact you to resolve the issue.

File Formatting

• Do not flip or mirror your artwork.
• Acceptable file types include PDF, PNG, TIF, and JPG.
• Submit artwork at 300 – 900 DPI and at the exact size you want it printed. Dimensions must be specified in writing.
• Save files in RGB format. CMYK files will be converted to RGB, and spot colors will also be converted to RGB.
• Ensure that backgrounds are removed from images unless they are intended to be printed.

Uploading Files

• The maximum width for your own sheet setup is 55cm. Use WeTransfer (www.wetransfer.com) for sending files over 10MB.

Color Accuracy

• We do not take responsibility for color accuracy. Ensure your files are saved in RGB and review your Pantone colors as screen displays may vary.

Artwork Detail and Quality

• Small or fine print details (less than 1mm) may not print effectively. Increase the stroke and thicken fine details for optimal transfer.
• Transparency effects and drop shadows are not recommended for DTF as they do not print effectively.
• Artwork should be created at a minimum of 300 DPI to ensure high print quality. Lower resolution may result in pixelation.

Copyright

• We cannot print copyrighted or trademarked designs unless you hold the copyright.

Wash Care Instructions for DTF

• Turn garments inside out before washing.
• Use cold water and a gentle wash cycle.
• Do not use bleach.
• Avoid tumble drying; air dry garments and do not expose them to direct sunlight to prevent fading.
• Iron garments inside out.

Wash Care Instructions for UV DTF

• UV DTF prints are not microwave or dishwasher safe. Hand wash only to maintain the quality of the print.
